Bosnia and Herzegovina delegation visits: Jordan's market opens up

The Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina, organized a business visit of our country's economic delegation to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, as part of the official visit of the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, Mirko Šarović, to Jordan on October 16 and 17, 2016, Patria reports.

The economic delegation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, led by the Vice-President of the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, Nemanja Vasić, and his associates, includes the Assistant Director of the Agency for Foreign Investment Promotion in BiH, the Minister of Economy and the Minister of Finance of the Central Bosnia Canton, as well as representatives of the companies STUDEN GLOBAL SEE d.o.o., Bekto Precisa d.o.o., Bosnalijek d.d., EKVATOR d.o.o., TGS Hamidović d.o.o., Knežević Entering d.o.o., Koteks d.o.o., Legno- service d.o.o., Pretis d.d., and Stanić Beverages d.o.o..

Today, a Business Forum BiH - Jordan was held at the Chamber of Commerce of Amman, and the participants were addressed by the President of the Chamber of Commerce of Amman, Issa Haidar Murad, the Vice-President of the Foreign Trade Chamber of BiH, Nemanja Vasić, the Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of BiH, Mirko Šarović, and the Minister of Industry, Trade, and Supply of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Yaarob Qudah. The economic potentials of Jordan and Bosnia and Herzegovina were presented.

Bilateral meetings were held between Bosnian-Herzegovinian and Jordanian companies from the metal industry, food industry, construction industry, as well as the defense, pharmaceutical, wood, and textile industries.
