Dean of Criminology Nedžad Korajlić visited SIPA

Representatives of the Faculty of Criminology, Criminology and Security Studies, led by Dean Prof. Dr. Nedžad Korajlić, visited the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) today (15.10.2015). A meeting was held with the Assistant Director of SIPA, Anđelko Hrgić, and his associates, reports the Patria News Agency.

At the meeting, both sides expressed readiness to establish cooperation on issues of common interest. Modalities of future cooperation were discussed through the organization of round tables, lectures, and the engagement of practitioners, student visits to SIPA, etc.

In this regard, the most discussion was about organizing lectures on organized crime, terrorism, and other forms of crime, with presentations of practical examples by SIPA investigators, as well as lectures from other areas within SIPA's scope of work to familiarize students with the Agency's role and its significance in the BiH security system, along with organizing visits.

It was concluded that the content of the Memorandum of Cooperation will be determined in the coming period, and that concrete activities will commence soon.
