Dautbašić and Šahman handed over to the BiH Prosecutor's Office

After criminal processing at the SIPA premises, Bakir Dautbašić and Bilsena Šahman were handed over to the BiH Prosecutor's Office for further proceedings, SIPA announced, reports Patria.

We remind you that, acting on the order of the BiH Prosecutor's Office and with the order of the BiH Court, SIPA police officers arrested the suspects: Dautbašić Bakir, born in 1968, and Šahman Bilsena, born in 1971.

The arrests are the result of a complex operational action carried out under the supervision of a prosecutor by SIPA police officers within the scope of the case codenamed "Lutka 2" (Doll 2).

During the operation, evidence was collected that the mentioned suspects undertook illegal actions and activities to induce witnesses to give false testimony in the BiH Prosecutor's Office case against Naser Keljmendi et al., as well as in the case pending before the judicial institutions of Kosovo.

After detailed evidence of the suspects' illegal activities was collected, they were arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offense of obstruction of justice under Article 241 of the Criminal Code of BiH.
