Seventh session of the Ministerial Coordination in the Field of Social Policy of the Federation to be held today

(Patria) - The seventh regular session of the Ministerial Coordination in the Field of Social Policy in the Federation of Bosnia and
Herzegovina will be held today in Tomislavgrad.

The host of the session is the Ministry of Labour, Health, Social Welfare and
Displaced Persons of Canton 10, and the session will be held in Eco village Grabovica.

The session will discuss issues from the field of social protection, among which the amendment to the Law on Material Support for Families with Children and the further development and application of the quasi/universal child allowance model stand out. Activities on drafting the Law on Social Card, as well as the Study on Strengthening the Capacities of Social Work Centers in the Federation of BiH, implemented by the EU through the EPRD project, will also be presented.

Prior to the session, the Federal Minister of Labour and Social Policy Adnan Delić will pay a working visit to the Government of Canton 10, where he will meet with the Prime Minister
Ivan Vukadin and the Cantonal Minister of Labour, Health, Social Welfare and Displaced Persons Dijana Novković Pećanac.

A visit to the Center for Children and Youth with Developmental Disabilities “Nova nada” in Kovači near Tomislavgrad is also planned.

A press conference will be held before the start of the Ministerial Coordination session.
