The trial of the wartime commander of Srebrenica, Naser Orić, and his comrade-in-arms Sabahudin Muhić continues today at the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The two are accused by the BiH Prosecution of committing war crimes in the Srebrenica area in 1992, writes the Patria News Agency.
Since the trial of Orić and Muhić began on January 26th this year, prosecutor Miroslav Janjić has experienced a total fiasco with every witness he has called. Starting with the key protected witness 01, for whom the defense has proven with arguments that he is a compromised individual and an unreliable witness, who was not even a member of the Army of RBiH.
Also, none of the other witnesses have supported the claims of the BiH Prosecution that Orić and Muhić committed war crimes with any of their statements.
