Collective Funeral for Killed Zvornik Residents Today

At the Memorial Complex and Martyrs' Cemetery in Gornja Kalesija, the eighteenth collective funeral and burial of 28 civilian war victims from the Zvornik area will be held today, Patria reports.

Eight victims of mass crimes have been identified, and 20 bodies will be buried with the designation N.N. The bodies were exhumed from the Crni Vrh mass grave or found in several individual graves.

The Organizing Committee announced that the funeral prayer after the midday prayer will be led by the Grand Mufti of the Islamic Community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Husein-ef. Kavazović.

At 12:00, flowers will be laid, followed by the playing of the national anthem. At 1:25 PM, the funeral prayer will be performed, followed by the carrying out of the coffins and the reading of the victims' names.
