SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH Gordana Tadić will be a guest on the Central News with Senad Hadifejzović tonight, regarding the latest developments in the case „Respirators“. Since the afternoon hours on Thursday, three suspects for multiple criminal offenses have been at the premises of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA): the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FBiH) Fadil Novalić, the suspended director of the Federal Administration for Civil Protection (FUCZ) Fahrudin Solak, and the director of Srebrena malina Fikret Hodžić. After several hours of questioning at SIPA, where three prosecutors from the Prosecutor's Office of BiH were present, they were deprived of their liberty and spent the night at SIPA.

However, although SIPA was ready this morning to hand over the three suspects to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, regardless of the legal deadline of 24 hours for transfer to the Prosecutor's Office, this has still not happened. According to some information, their arrival at the Prosecutor's Office is expected in the late afternoon hours, and very possibly just before the chief prosecutor's appearance on television.

The Prosecutor's Office of BiH did not officially release any information to the media today, nor did SIPA, although this is not the usual practice of these two institutions, which often overlap with statements about the same actions and cases.

The lawyers of Solak, Hodžić, and Novalić are also confused by the course of events and do not know exactly what to expect after they are transferred to the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH. According to some information, detention will be requested, while according to others, restraining measures. In any case, the situation should become clearer in the next 48 hours.

Whether Tadić will „accidentally“ reveal tonight what the Prosecutor's Office will do next in this case, we will find out in the next few hours, although from the position she holds, she should not speak about a „live case“.
