Is the sale of part of Agrokomerc's assets a reward for Gadžo for his participation in the sale plan of this company

The Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša will sell one of Agrokomerc's buildings as well as the huge economic yard of this company, at a public auction scheduled before this Court for Thursday, April 7 at 12:00 PM, the Patria news agency learns.

This involves an oral sale of Agrokomerc's building, larger than 2,000 square meters, and the economic yard of 23,000 square meters. The Court made the decision to sell this property back in the middle of last year, so that the company Silsila d.o.o. from Sarajevo could collect a debt from Agrokomerc, which is slightly over 320,000 KM.

This is a debt that Silsila took over from another company. The mentioned building and land were initially valued at around 3.5 million KM, but since no adequate buyer appeared at the first two hearings, the property will be sold on Thursday at a symbolic price.

It is still unknown who will buy the valuable Agrokomerc land and building. However, the buyer could very well be the company Silsila.

Silsila is owned by Mustafa Gadžo, a businessman from Sarajevo, who a few weeks ago found himself at the center of a scandal precisely regarding the sale of another part of Agrokomerc to the Development Bank of FBiH.

Along with another Sarajevo businessman, Nihad Imamović, Gadžo was the best bidder for the food industry of Agrokomerc with an offer of 5.5 million KM. However, the offers of Gadžo and Imamović, who offered 12 million KM, were only formal.

From the beginning, they knew they would withdraw from Agrokomerc, and that the right to purchase would fall to the Development Bank of FBiH. The role of Imamović and Gadžo was also to lower Agrokomerc's assets, worth about 25 million KM, to only 2.2 million KM, for which it was sold to the Development Bank of FBiH.

The entire plan for selling Agrokomerc at a giveaway price has been managed from the start by the Federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, his advisor Suvad Osmanagić, and the Minister of Agriculture Šemsudin Dedić.

Will the sale of Agrokomerc's assets on Thursday be a reward for Gadžo for his previous undermining of this company.
