Is Johann Sattler part of the Putin-Orban strategy against BiH?

(Patria) - European Commissioner for Enlargement Oliver Varhelyi agreed with Milorad Dodik at the end of November this year to hold a special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, which directly attacks the constitutional order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Given that such an attack could lead to the secession of a part of the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Social Democratic Party of BiH, the Democratic Front, and Šemsudin Mehmedović from the SDA reacted strongly.

Peter Stano, spokesperson for the High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, did not deny the existence of a document in a statement to the media, from which it is clear that Varhelyi was arranging a "special session" with Dodik, and only managed to utter a series of meaningless phrases, according to which his bosses publicly support the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

However, it is quite clear that pro-Russian cadres within the EU, together with Russia, are actively working to break up the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that the Putin-Orban strategy extends to the actions of the EU Commissioner for Enlargement, Oliver Varhelyi.

The same Varhelyi, to whom "official Brussels" (although the question of what that actually is arises) is the formal boss, while the real boss of Varhelyi is in the hands of Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán and Russia.

The pro-Russian influence is not only visible when talking about Varhelyi, but also when talking about the Head of the EU Delegation in BiH, Johann Sattler, who, although he skillfully hides it, served for a long time precisely in Russia.

Perhaps precisely because of these connections and his "shy" service in Russia, the Head of the EU Delegation in BiH, just like Dragan Čović and Milorad Dodik, believes that there is no Russian influence in BiH.

"I have not noticed a significant increase in Russian influence," said the Head of the EU Delegation and BiH, Johann Sattler, in an interview with Sarajevo's Oslobođenje at the end of March this year.

"Many countries have an interest in this strategically important region of the Western Balkans. But I have not noticed an increase in Russian influence."

It would be naive to believe that Sattler does not notice any Russian influence. Most likely, the Head of the EU Delegation sees nothing wrong with this Russian influence, just as he sees nothing wrong with Viktor Orbán's anti-Muslim statements.

Nevertheless, the question arises as to how long the Head of the EU Delegation in BiH, Johan Sattler, will openly undermine the interests of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, serving sometimes Dragan Čović and sometimes Milorad Dodik. Sattler must come before the citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina and clarify this.
