Will there be dismissals: FBiH Government discusses Constitutional Court ruling confirming DF stances

The Government of the Federation of BiH will, at a session that began today in Sarajevo, discuss the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on the Unified System of Registration, Control and Collection of Contributions, it was announced by the Government, reports the Patria News Agency.  

Also on the agenda are the Draft Law on Citizenship of FBiH, the Draft Law on Management of Business Companies with State Capital Participation, and the Proposal of the Decree on Exercising Authority in Business Companies with State Capital Participation within the Jurisdiction of the Federation of BiH.

At the proposal of the Federal Ministry for Affairs of Veterans and Disabled Veterans of the Defense-Liberation War, the Government will give its consent to the signing of the Agreement on Cooperation in the Procedure of Medical Assessment of Health Status with the Institute for Medical Assessment of Health Status Sarajevo. The agreement regulates the procedure, conditions, and manner of providing medical assessment services for beneficiaries from the area of veteran-invalid protection.

It is also planned to consider the proposed Program for the expenditure of funds from the Permanent Revolving Fund at Union Bank d.d. Sarajevo, of the Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, for long-term financing of projects through the allocation of loans for 2016, which will amount to a minimum of 8,400,000 KM, and to state its position on the Proposal of the Decision on the method, or rather the method, of privatization of state capital in the business company "Bosnalijek" d.d. Sarajevo.

The Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry will inform the Government about the need for additional support for capital development projects in the field of water, with an emphasis on supporting the implementation of projects from the area of water and communal directives of the European Union, and the Secretary of the Government of FBiH about the ruling made by the Constitutional Court of the Federation of BiH deciding on the request of the Vice President of FBiH for the determination of the constitutionality of the Decree on Exercising Authority in Business Companies with State Capital Participation within the Jurisdiction of FBiH.

Before the members of the Federal Government is also the report of the Federal Institute for Agropedology on the monitoring of the lower course of the Spreča River for 2015, which determined an elevated content of heavy metals, according to the announcement.
