The Government of the Federation of BiH recently approved the Privatization Plan and Financial Plan of the Federation of BiH Privatization Agency (APF) for 2015, covering 14 companies, among which is the strongest pharmaceutical company in BiH, „Bosnalijek“, reports the Patria news agency.
Incidentally, after HADEN became the majority owner of „Bosnalijek“, the Federation Government still holds a 20 percent share of the stock. This raised suspicion, as we have reported, that this sale was pre-arranged, because experts warn that there would be little demand since with 20 percent of purchased shares you have no management rights.
It has been known for some time that Haden assumed the role of majority owner after a suspicious purchase of shares from the International Investment Fund as the owner of 29.95 percent of the shares, which is the subject of an investigation by the BiH Prosecutor's Office.
Now sources from Bosnalijek reveal that they hope that if an indictment leads to a protective measure, all rights based on illegally acquired shares will be blocked. In that case, the buyer could only manage based on the Government's portion.
We recall that it is suspected that the new buyer could be Luka Rajić, a well-known Croatian businessman and former owner of the LURA Group, who is entering Haden.
- His two men have already been installed in Bosnalijek and control the entire logistics of this company. It seems that he is entering Haden, a former shell into which unknown investors injected the money used for the suspicious purchase of Bosnalijek – says our source from Bosnalijek.
