One of these micro-apartments is owned by a YouTuber named Usui, who lives in just seven square meters in Tokyo. He posts his daily routine in videos on the channel A Micro Apartment Life.

Although he has limited space available, the apartment has everything he needs to live, claims Usui.

The largest room in the apartment is his bedroom with a bed, which also includes a desk with a chair and a washing machine, writes Punkufer.hr.

In seven square meters, there is space for a mini bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a kitchenette that includes a sink and storage space.

When he wants to cook something special, he uses an induction hob for meal preparation. However, he eats most of his meals out.

Not only does Usui live in this tiny apartment, but he also works from it. Every morning he sits at his desk and works on his computer until late evening hours.

He pays a monthly rent of 39,000 yen, or about 250 euros, for the apartment.
