I heard a missile falling, it shook!

(Patria) - Nijaz Čardaklija, BiH Ambassador to Iran, spoke to N1 from Tehran, providing the latest information on events in the city after Israel launched attacks on certain parts of the city.

Čardaklija tells us that all of this happened in an area where employees of the BiH embassy move.

"Today around 2 PM, a missile fell on an avenue stretching from south to north. I heard it whistling, I heard the impact. It's true that it shook a little. When my colleague and I go to meetings, we take that route by car. Fortunately, there were no major consequences today. I see from the media that there are government buildings there that might be of interest to Israel, and we might not even know that it's a department of some ministry," Čardaklija told N1.

Conversation with the Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs
Čardaklija also told N1 that he had a briefing with Abbas Araghchi, the Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs. Araghchi, Čardaklija says, conveyed that Iran has not abandoned diplomatic negotiations.

"The sixth round of negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program was scheduled for today in Oman. Iran had prepared its program, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs complained that the previous five rounds consisted exclusively of discussions about American proposals. Iran had prepared its own proposal and was ready to go there. However, Israel's attacks prevented this and made it impossible to continue the negotiations. It is interesting that, as far as we know, the US was aware of Israel's strikes, so if you knew the strikes would happen on Friday, why did you schedule a meeting for Sunday? That is illogical, incomplete, unless Israel has its own agenda that the US is not aware of and is acting on its own account," Čardaklija stated for N1.

At the end of the conversation, he told us that although air traffic is suspended, it is possible to leave the Tehran area if there is any security concern at any moment.
