Crnadak Receives Cormack and Waser: Enhancing BiH and NATO Cooperation

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina Igor Crnadak received today the Ambassador of the United States of America to BiH Maureen Cormack and the Head of the Political Department of the United States Mission to NATO in Brussels Tamir Waser, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

The current situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina was discussed, with an emphasis on activities towards approaching European integration, enhancing cooperation with NATO, and the upcoming NATO Summit in Warsaw on July 8 and 9, 2016.

Minister Crnadak informed the guests that Bosnia and Herzegovina continues to implement the adopted reform agenda, and that part of these activities also leads to meeting the Alliance's standards.

The expectation was expressed that Bosnia and Herzegovina will continue to actively work on fulfilling the conditions from Tallinn, primarily on the registration of immovable prospective military property. The participation of BiH in the NATO-led Resolute Support mission in Afghanistan was assessed positively, and the expectation was expressed that cooperation between BiH and NATO through existing programs will continue.
