Čović Sends Condolence Telegrams to Presidents of Russia and Romania

Chairman of the BiH Presidency Dragan Čović sent telegrams of condolence to the Presidents of Romania and Russia, following the tragedies that befell these two countries on Saturday, October 31, reports the Patria News Agency.

- We were deeply shaken by the news of the terrible accident caused by the crash of a Russian plane over the Sinai Province, in which 224 people tragically lost their lives.

On behalf of the BiH Presidency and in my own name, I would like to extend to you and the people of the Russian Federation our sincerest condolences.

Please, Your Excellency, convey our sincerest condolences to the families who lost their loved ones in the plane crash. In these difficult moments, we sincerely empathize with their pain, Čović's telegram reads.  

- We received the news of the catastrophic fire that occurred in the Romanian capital, in which 27 young people tragically lost their lives and hundreds were injured, with great sadness and regret.

On behalf of the BiH Presidency and in my own name, I wish to extend our sincerest condolences.

Please, Your Excellency, on behalf of the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina and myself, convey messages of support and sincerest condolences to the families of the deceased, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured, Čović's telegram states.
