Čović and Dodik still without reaction to the celebration of 'Oluja' in Glamoč, Grahovo and Drvar

(Patria) - President of United Srpska Nenad Stevandić said that whoever wants to celebrate the killing and expulsion of the people of Drvar, Grahovo and Glamoč from their centuries-old homes is investing in the mistreatment of their own people in these three towns and in conflicts with the majority Serb population, regardless of the fact that it is a canton where HDZ holds power.

The media reported that at the 10th Electoral Assembly of the Cantonal Board of HDZ BiH Livno, an initiative was adopted to mark the 24th anniversary of the "liberation of Bosansko Grahovo, Glamoč and Drvar", with a proposal to do so with military honors and in the presence of high officials on July 28 in Bosansko Grahovo, July 29 in Glamoč, and September 13 in Drvar, where the central gathering should be held.

"If anyone dares to celebrate 'Oluja' in Glamoč, Grahovo and Drvar, they should know that they will do the greatest disservice to the Croats in these towns, because they are still a minority there today, who have managed to socialize and live with the majority Serb population," said Stevandić.
Awaiting an official stance on this issue from coalition partners, the presidents of SNSD and HDZ BiH, Milorad Dodik and Dragan Čović.

The Minister of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dragan Mektić, responded to Stevandić's threats by writing on Twitter, "So, the red van in Banja Luka again," alluding to the president of United Srpska, whom witnesses claim used a red van with his paramilitary formations at the beginning of the war in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the nineties to arrest, detain, mistreat, and abuse the non-Serb population in Banja Luka and its villages.
