The Police Commissioner of Sarajevo Canton, Vahid Ćosić, besides not being present at the extraordinary session of the KS Government today, nor appearing at the press conference at the Ministry of Internal Affairs tonight, did not even inform the Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton that the killer of Edita Malkoč and Selma Agić, Sanjin Sefić, fled Bosnia and Herzegovina this morning at 6:36 AM!?, writes the Patria news agency.
- Due to this omission, we expect the commissioner to take all measures and actions to determine the responsibility of police officers. The Prosecutor's Office continues to work on the case and is taking all measures and actions to apprehend Sanjin Sefić, it was announced tonight from the KS Prosecutor's Office.
The tragedy occurred last night at 9:35 PM. After that, MUP spokesperson Irfan Nefić gave statements to journalists that all police agencies and the Border Police of BiH were involved in the search for Sefić, who crossed the border nine hours after killing two girls, about which the Border Police informed the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
When was the Ministry of Internal Affairs informed? Was it at 6:30 PM tonight as stated at the press conference, or perhaps earlier but kept silent? Did they know today that the killer had fled but did not announce it due to planned protests? Did someone from the Border Police delay the information? And finally, why is Ćosić hiding from the public?
