Clinton tells Trump: Shut down your profile!

Perhaps it was a new strategy by her social media team, or perhaps it was a way to attract younger voters, or perhaps Hillary simply got tired of being called "corrupt Hillary". Whatever the reason, the Democratic candidate delivered a "millennial" blow to Trump.

Trump shared his thoughts on Twitter on Thursday about the support President Obama had publicly given to Clinton, whom Donald has recently been accustomed to calling "dishonest, corrupt". He wrote on his Twitter: "Obama has just endorsed corrupt Hillary. He wants 4 more years of Obama – but nobody else does!"

Hillary simply replied:

- Shut down your profile.

This expression is usually used by social media users in response to someone's extremely offensive post, to suggest that it is better for that person to stay away from social media for the general good.

This post by the Democratic candidate sparked real enthusiasm among social media users. It easily became the most popular of all posts – messages in the campaign so far, with over 370,000 shares and 450,000 likes to date. Twitter users had a great day, reported the Independent.
