SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Central Election Commission held its 55th emergency session today, at which it made a decision to revoke accreditations for a certain number of observers.
Accreditations for 52 observers have been revoked because they were appointed to polling station committees.
The association Forum građana Tuzla submitted a request to approve four observers for them in Vogošća, Vukosavlje, and Pale, which the CEC approved.
It was also decided to check the accreditations of observers in Doboj and Srebrenica, with an emphasis on checking whether they were charged with violating the Election Law.
Furthermore, it is being checked whether accreditations were issued to persons who should not have been issued them, in the sense that they were on the election list and then withdrew, etc.
