Cero: Succession of BiH property must be taken from the hands of HDZ cadres who are handing it over to banks from Croatia!

HDZ BiH cadres must have the succession taken out of their hands, because for years, through their obstructions, they have done and are doing everything to prevent the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina from carrying out economic post-war consolidation through the succession mass, says Muharem Cero, an expert on state property issues, for the Patria news agency.

A meeting of representatives of the successor states is scheduled for November 10 and 11 in Sarajevo, after a six-year pause.

Cero warns that, as things stand now, BiH will be the biggest loser in exercising its rights guaranteed by the international agreement on succession.

- Responsibility for this threatening scenario lies solely in the lack of an institutional framework for the realization of these rights. By wrongly positioning succession issues within the BiH Treasury Ministry, and continuously placing them under the control of HDZ cadres from Vrankić to Bevanda, BiH has, through the skillful obstruction of these people, fallen into a scenario of 'the worse, the better', emphasizes Cero.

The existing framework, he notes, does not fully define all persons responsible for property worth billions, and all missed opportunities favor the other successor countries, primarily Serbia and Croatia.

- Proof of such facts is the disappearance of enormous assets, both monetary and non-monetary, in neighboring countries. The damages are irreparable and can be measured in billions of marks. The reason for such behavior by high representatives, members of the HDZ, is the weakening of BiH's economic sovereignty and the creation of its dependence on the banking sector in BiH, which is largely tied to banks from neighboring countries, warns Cero.

In conclusion, he emphasizes that the issue of succession must be placed in the hands of those who are truly committed to the genuine good of all citizens in BiH, and that Čović's Bevanda and Vrankić are certainly not that.
