Cero: Buyer of Agrokomerc will receive company assets outside BiH worth 4 billion KM as a gift!

Muharem Cero, an expert on state property of Bosnia and Herzegovina, warned in an interview with the Bosnian news agency Patria that the sale of the food industry Agrokomerc to the Development Bank of FBiH could reveal one of the biggest scandals in the region.

Under the guise of new investments in the war-ravaged Agrokomerc, Cero claims, the new owners could also acquire the assets of the Velika Kladuša company in Croatia and other countries of the former Yugoslavia.

This refers to assets from the passive sub-balance of this company, whose value is estimated at hundreds of millions of KM. According to rough calculations, Agrokomerc's assets in neighboring Croatia alone exceed the value of two complete annual budgets in FBiH, or about 4 billion KM.

- Prime Minister Fadil Novalić and his cabinet must clearly inform the public, and especially the aggrieved workers of Agrokomerc, about what is currently happening with Agrokomerc's assets outside Bosnia and Herzegovina. Is the subject of the latest sale of part of Agrokomerc actually a perfidious sale of this company's assets in neighboring countries? And, Agrokomerc has assets in Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Macedonia, and Kosovo – warns Cero.

The owner of the food industry Agrokomerc in Velika Kladuša should become the Development Bank of the Federation of BiH.

The sale procedure will be completed by the end of April, confirmed for NAP from the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša.

Agrokomerc's assets worth about 25 million KM will be acquired by the Development Bank of FBiH for only 2.2 million KM. The plan is for the bank to then sell Agrokomerc's assets to a third party. One of the possible buyers mentioned is Croatia's Zvečevo.

- Here, the smallest problem now is the sale of Agrokomerc's assets in Velika Kladuša. I believe the ultimate goal is Agrokomerc's assets outside BiH – warns Cero.

How the plan was made

The sale of Agrokomerc has been directly managed from the beginning by federal Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, his advisor Suvad Osmanagić, and federal Minister of Agriculture Šemsudin Dedić.

They were assisted by Sarajevo businessmen Nihad Imamović and Mustafa Gadžo. Imamović and Gadžo first appeared as the best buyers for Agrokomerc at an oral sale before the Municipal Court in Velika Kladuša at the beginning of the year, only to abruptly withdraw from the purchase a few days before they were supposed to pay the money for Agrokomerc, so the right to purchase fell to the Development Bank of FBiH.

Imamović claims he withdrew from the purchase due to death threats by phone, which are being investigated by the Ministry of Interior of Sarajevo Canton, while Gadžo has not commented on why he withdrew.
