Cero: HDZ is rushing to complete Croatian territory before the verdict in the Prlić and others case, so that the so-called HZHB remains

Expert on state property of BiH Muharem Cero believes that Croatian policy is rushing to complete the Croatian territorial unit in BiH, before the verdict for the joint criminal enterprise in the Prlić and others case, which is being conducted before the International Court in The Hague, is announced.

If they succeed, Cero says, a guilty verdict from The Hague in this case would have no legal consequences! Therefore, even though its authors would be convicted of a joint criminal enterprise, the so-called Herceg-Bosna would remain alive. The victims would receive some form of moral satisfaction, but "nothing would change on the ground".

Hence, Cero is sure, the visit of the Deputy Prime Minister of Croatia, Božo Petrov, and the Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Miro Kovač, to Stolac, as well as the articulation of the leader of the Croatian National Assembly, Dragan Čović, about "Stolac as Croatian space".

- All this points us to only one fact, and that is that the issue of constitutional changes in BiH must first await the final verdict in the Prlić and others case, i.e., the character of the war in BiH must be clarified. The assessment of constitutional and legal consequences for joint criminal enterprises of neighboring countries against BiH must be awaited, or the assessment of constitutional and legal consequences for the creation of the para-states of Herceg-Bosna and Republika Srpska must be awaited - says Cero.

- Bosniak policy should not enter into dialogue, it should not move away from the Dayton Peace Agreement before the verdict in the Prlić and others case is concluded.

Cero believes that it is "much clearer now why Bosnia and Herzegovina has not received the Law on State Property of BiH, or the Law on Forests, all these years, which would definitively prevent the partitioning of Bosnia and Herzegovina."
