What are the political slanders of the Hague Tribunal's verdicts for?

Why do Croatian (and Serbian) politicians claim in unison that the Hague is a political court? By what logic is it a political court? It turns out that the Hague has something against Croatia and Serbia? And that it is very biased and loyal to Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is a United Nations court. It is a court where the greatest legal experts in the world have worked.    

If it is political, is it in some political connection and dependency with the political structures in Sarajevo? Perhaps in connection with Bosniak politicians? What kind of political connection can there be between the Hague Tribunal and Bosniaks, who are the greatest victims of crimes from the nineties? 

Where are those victims and that terrible suffering and long, awful hunger of more than a million and a half people in the besieged territory under the control of the Government of the Republic of BiH? On that territory are cities in ruins, destroyed by the goals of Greater-state policies? The verdict showed that the HVO camps Dretelj, Heliodrom, Gabela, as well as camps in Prozor, Rumboci, and Stolac, are political creations.    

Božo Ljubić, a member of the Croatian Parliament, also declares the Hague Tribunal a political creation. By doing so, Ljubić declares the judges and prosecutors of the Tribunal to be ordinary political figures. According to Ljubić and about fifteen of the most respected world lawyers, they are just playing a political show at the International Criminal Court. 

Why would the Hague Tribunal need a penalty for Croatia? Probably for the same reasons as for Serbia. Because they are guilty of the tragedies of the peoples in Bosnia and Herzegovina. When Božo Ljubić constructs the idea that the verdict in The Hague is a conspiracy of some European Union and NATO countries against Croatia, then the paranoia is complete.

When HDZ BiH leader Dragan Čović says that the verdict will not contribute to reconciliation, when he denies the verdict, isn't that the most ordinary politics? When he says that it is a "criminal verdict against the representatives of the Croatian people, and that it represents a derogation of history", isn't that the most ordinary political exhibitionism? When Čović says that the qualification of a "joint criminal enterprise" does not stand, he says it as a politician and speaks in his own self-interest.

Čović claims that the survival of BiH depends on the position of Croats as the smallest nation. If the survival of BiH depends on the position of Croats, then that position is extremely favorable? That position is secured by exceptional constitutional and legal protection of national interests. If anyone favors and respects the rights of the collective, it is the BiH Constitution. What will happen next in BiH?

Both Serbia and Croatia must stop this kind of denying attitude towards the Tribunal's verdicts. It is a cruel and useless policy against the truth about crimes and criminals. The Tribunal's verdicts are the supreme truth to which political statements and ramblings can essentially do nothing.  

It is time for both Serbia and Croatia to ask themselves what truly happened in Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1992 to 1995. It seems incredible that the whole world knows better what happened here than those who sent their armies here, or rather, their children, to die for criminal Greater-state projects.
