Čavara with Russian Ambassador: Continuation of Economic Cooperation Announced

Ambassador of the Russian Federation to BiH Petar Ivancov visited the President of the Federation of BiH Marinko Čavara today, reports the Patria news agency.

Ambassador Ivancov congratulated the President of the Federation of BiH on his appointment and expressed hope that cooperation between Russia and the Federation of BiH would intensify, especially in the areas of culture, sports, education, tourism, economy and trade.

The President of the Federation of BiH thanked Russia for its commitment to the economic development of the Federation of BiH, and emphasized the importance of good relations between the Federation of BiH and EU countries and world powers such as Russia.

-I expect that Russia and the Federation of BiH will continue to cooperate on the realization of mutual interests. Given the complex relations within BiH, especially the Federation of BiH, it is necessary to resolve socio-economic problems, and for that we need partners, countries with great economic potential and a desire to invest in the development and progress of the Federation of BiH, concluded the President of the Federation of BiH.
