Budget adopted in the first reading, HDZ voted against

(Patria) - The House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly is considering the report of the Collegium Commission on efforts to reach an agreement on the Proposal for the Law on the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations of BiH for 2020, proposed by the BiH Presidency.

Given that a debate was held at an earlier session, the representatives immediately proceeded to voting, and the Law on the Proposal for the Law on the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations of BiH for 2020 was adopted. Nebojša Radmanović (SNSD) immediately set an amendment phase of 60 minutes and announced a second session when the budget should be adopted in the second reading. The session should be held at 1 PM. HDZ voted against the Budget, and SNSD changed its mind. 26 representatives voted in favor, 5 against, and 5 abstained.

Right at the beginning of the session, Damir Arnaut (Our Party) asked to be told when the collegium met, as the document states July 14. The beginning of the session was marked by sparks between Saša Magazinović (SDP) and Nenad Stevandić (United Srpska) regarding Stevandić's behavior during the singing of the BiH anthem.

Magazinović said that Stevandić was looking at his phone and typing the whole time, and that there is an ethical code of conduct.
