Federation Budget for 2021 before delegates of the House of Peoples of FBiH today

(Patria) - The House of Representatives of the Parliament of Bosnia and Herzegovina yesterday adopted the Proposal for the Federal Budget for 2021 at its session.

For this to enter into force, this act needs to be approved in the same text by the House of Peoples, whose session is scheduled for today, December 30. If this happens, the Federation will have its budget for the next year in a timely manner.

Prime Minister Fadil Novalić, who first presented the economic consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, said that the budget for 2021 will include measures to remedy the situation. This refers to the situation concerning GDP and jobs, the number of which has decreased since the beginning of the pandemic in FBiH, and was later compensated thanks to the 'corona law' and other measures taken.

The total proposed budget amount is 5,481,251,899 KM, which is 27.7 million KM less than this year's budget, i.e., the rebalance carried out in April.
