(Patria) - The Register of Regulations of the Government of the Federation of BiH, established and adopted in the period from March 31, 2015, to October 31, 2022, has been published on the website of the Federal Government. This publication was compiled in the service of transparency and provides insight into the measures of the Government of the FBiH, oriented towards improving the economy, creating new jobs, and better conditions for all citizens. The Register contains a total of 7,271 regulations that the Government of the FBiH established and adopted in the period from March 31, 2015, to October 31, 2022.
Thanks to these regulations, significant reforms have been implemented and initiated, and key measures for improving economic and social policy in the FBiH have been achieved. These include, among other things, strengthening economic development, a sustainable social system, stabilizing the pension and disability insurance fund, and reducing public debt. The Government of the FBiH has also adopted a large number of regulations based on which important economic reforms have been implemented, despite the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic and global inflation. With the support of international financial institutions, progress has been made, which is primarily reflected in economic growth.
Thus, the Federation has achieved growth in gross domestic product, exports, employment, net salaries, pensions, and public revenues. Since the beginning, by advocating the so-called Reform Agenda, the work of the Government of the Federation of BiH has been focused on four socio-economic pillars. The first was financial, the second social, the third labor-legal, and the fourth fiscal. Three pillars of reforms have been completed, and the fourth, relating to income tax and contribution laws, is in the parliamentary procedure. The Federation of BiH, thanks to the work of the Government in the period 2015-2022, has begun to record higher revenues than expenditures, so since 2016, the federal budget has been in surplus.
The Register of Regulations of the Government of the Federation of BiH, established and adopted in the period from March 31, 2015, to October 31, 2022, which the Government of the FBiH accepted by its conclusion, consists of five chapters. These are laws, decisions, decrees, strategies, and ordinances. The chapters contain 191 laws, 169 decrees, 6,247 decisions, as well as overviews of 110 decisions, and six framework federal budget documents. Among other things, the document also includes an overview of 11 strategies and 510 ordinances adopted by the Government of the FBiH and federal ministries in the mentioned period.
The following sources were used for the preparation of the publication: the Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH, the website of the Government of the Federation of BiH which contains all regulations published in the Official Gazette of the FBiH, data from the General Secretariat of the Government of the Federation of BiH, and for the compilation of ordinances, data from federal ministries. Otherwise, all regulations, including laws, decrees, decisions, and resolutions adopted and/or established by the Government of the FBiH in the period from 1996 to the present, as well as by the Parliament of the FBiH, and published in the Official Gazette of the FBiH, are available on the website of the Government of the FBiH in the "Regulations" section.
The Register of Regulations is available at the link https://fbihvlada.gov.ba/uploads/documents/izvjestaj-vlade-fbih-v02-web_1676976621.pdf, and a short video about the publication can be found on the official YouTube channel of the Government of the Federation of BiH, at the link https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dkS05ZpKNo0.
