Tax Administration of FBiH rapid controls: 45 undeclared workers found

SARAJevo, (Patria) - Inspectors of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH continued with rapid controls on Friday and by 7:00 PM carried out 271 rapid controls throughout the FBiH. The goal of the controls was to verify compliance with the Law on Fiscal Systems and the employment of undeclared workers. In these controls, Tax Administration inspectors discovered a total of 45 undeclared workers, 64 taxpayers who did not issue fiscal receipts, 11 establishments that did not have a fiscal device installed, and 15 establishments operating without a work permit from the competent authority.

Due to the established irregularities: employment of undeclared workers, non-recording of turnover through a fiscal device, absence of a fiscalized fiscal device, and operating without a permit from the competent authority, 38 establishments were sealed, and in 153 cases, misdemeanor orders were issued with a total of BAM 281,550.00 in fines.
