SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Inspectors of the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH continued with rapid controls today and carried out 291 rapid controls throughout the FBiH by 6 PM.
The goal of the controls was compliance with the Law on Fiscal Systems and the employment of undeclared workers, the Tax Administration announced.
In these controls by 6 PM, Tax Administration inspectors discovered a total of 53 undeclared workers, 85 taxpayers who did not issue fiscal receipts, nine facilities that did not have a fiscal device installed, and 17 facilities operating without a work permit from the competent authority.
Due to the established irregularities: employment of undeclared workers, non-recording of turnover through a fiscal device, absence of a fiscalized fiscal device, and operation without a permit from the competent authority, 47 facilities were sealed and misdemeanor orders were issued in 153 cases with a total of 351,050.00 KM in fines.
Activities will continue tomorrow and in the coming days, and we call on taxpayers to align their operations with applicable laws.
