Google Chrome browser gets a new look

(Patria) - The Google Chrome browser on desktop is getting a refreshed look based on the "Material You" design language.

The design change comes ahead of the 15th anniversary of this popular internet browser.

"We’ve refreshed Chrome’s icons with a focus on legibility and created new color palettes that better complement your tabs and toolbar.

These new themes and different colors can help you distinguish between profiles at a glance, such as your work and personal accounts," said Chrome Vice President Parisa Tabriz.

She emphasized that users will notice some other improvements that make Chrome easier to use, such as a comprehensive menu for quicker access to extensions, the translator, password manager, and similar, writes Bug.
