Death toll in Gaza exceeds 31,045

(Patria) - A total of 85 Palestinians were killed in eight massacres committed by Israeli forces in the last 24 hours in the Gaza Strip, bringing the documented death toll since the outbreak of war on October 7th to 31,045, the majority of whom are innocent civilians, the Palestinian agency WAFA reported last night, citing local sources.

In addition to the 83 killed, another 130 were injured by Israeli artillery, airstrikes, or sniper fire in the last 24 hours, while the number of injured since the beginning of the aggression has risen to 72,654, WAFA reports, accusing Israel of genocide.

Some victims remain under the rubble or are scattered in the streets, while Israeli forces continue to prevent the arrival of emergency and rescue teams. Therefore, the actual numbers are believed to be much higher, WAFA concludes.
