(Patria) - Police in the Brčko District, Tuzla and Posavina Cantons are conducting searches at 30 locations since this morning, during which a large quantity of narcotics, weapons, and money has been found so far. The Brčko District Police announced that the operation is targeting 23 individuals, and that more than 80 searches are being conducted at 30 locations.
"The Brčko District Police, in cooperation with members of the Agency for Investigations and Protection (SIPA) and the Ministries of Internal Affairs of Tuzla and Posavina Cantons, have been carrying out an operation codenamed 'Cer' since this morning with the aim of collecting, investigating, and suppressing criminal offenses related to the unauthorized trafficking of drugs and weapons," the statement said.
The operation is being carried out under the order of the Basic Court and under the supervision of the Brčko District Prosecutor's Office.
