BROTHER OF MILANKO KAJGANIĆ Arrested two people for stealing a Jaguar in Odžak

(Patria) - Police officers of the Banja Luka Police Administration on 05/24/2023 handed over to the police officers of the Odžak Police Administration, persons A.G. and D.K., both from Banja Luka, seized items and a passenger vehicle that can be linked to the commission of the criminal offense of "Theft" for further proceedings.

Namely, police officers of the Banja Luka Police Administration, in cooperation with police officers of the Gradiška Police Administration, conducted operational checks regarding the letter from the Odžak Police Administration concerning the criminal offense of "Theft" committed on 04/13/2023 in the area of the municipality of Odžak, during which a "Jaguar" passenger vehicle was stolen.

By undertaking operational measures and actions, it was determined that persons A.G., D.K., who were deprived of their liberty on 05/24/2023, and another person who is actively being searched for, can be linked to the commission of the aforementioned criminal offense. Also, parts of the passenger vehicle were found in the area of Laktaši, and the passenger vehicle in the area of Gradiška, which were seized with a confirmation, with the consent of the duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office Banja Luka and the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Posavina Canton, Orašje.

All measures and actions were taken with the consent of the duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office Banja Luka and the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Posavina Canton, Orašje.

A large number of media outlets reported that one of the arrested persons is Danko Kajganić, the brother of the Chief Prosecutor of the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, Milanko Kajganić. The police do not want to reveal the identities of the arrested persons.
