Bosnia and Herzegovina will not have a representative at Eurovision this year either

(Patria) - The BHRT team, Bosnia and Herzegovina's national broadcaster, confirmed to the Eurovision portal ESC Today that BiH will not participate in Eurovision next year in Sweden.

The reason? Current financial obstacles faced by the broadcaster.

Unfortunately, the situation in BiH remains the same as in previous years, and the text states that this is BiH's sixth consecutive absence from the grand music event.

Bosnia and Herzegovina debuted at Eurovision in 1993, with Muhamed Fazlagić Fazla as the representative.

It has not yet won, and achieved its best result in 2006 with "Lejla" and Hari Mata Hari, taking third place in the Athens final.

The last time BiH participated in Eurovision was in 2016.
