Bosanska Gradiška: Police Seize Starter Pistol from High School Student

(Patria) - A school police officer reported today around 12:45 PM to the Bosanska Gradiška Police Administration that a frame of a starter pistol was found on a high school student.

Police officers of the Bosanska Gradiška Police Administration, acting on the report, determined that a minor high school student in Bosanska Gradiška had brought a starter pistol to school, which was confiscated.

The duty prosecutor of the District Public Prosecutor's Office Banja Luka was informed about all of the above, who stated that there were no elements of a criminal offense in the mentioned incident.

The minor will be sanctioned under Article 8 of the Law on Public Order and Peace.

Furthermore, the Center for Social Work Bosanska Gradiška was informed about everything, and they will undertake measures and actions within their jurisdiction.
