Borenović arrives at the Prosecutor's Office of BiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Branislav Borenović, president of the PDP, arrived at the Prosecutor's Office of BiH to give a statement as a witness in a case being conducted by the Prosecutor's Office of BiH related to the criminal offense of attack on the constitutional order. 

At the Prosecutor's Office of BiH on Monday and Tuesday, Goran Selak (SPS), Mirko Šarović (SDS) and Nenad Nešić (DNS) were heard regarding the session of the National Assembly of the RS on December 10, at which conclusions were adopted concerning the transfer of competencies from the state to the entity of the RS in the areas of judiciary, indirect taxes, defense and security. 

All presidents of the ruling parties in the RS, the President of the RS, and the leadership of the NSRS are suspects in this case.
