BUSINESS POCKET MONEY RS Government Helped Dodik's Children's Businesses with Almost 400 Thousand KM

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Government of Republika Srpska generously helped the private businesses of the Dodik family last year as well. Three companies whose primary activity is fruit growing received more than 370,000 marks from the agricultural budget and the compensation fund.

According to data from the Republika Srpska Agricultural Payments Agency, the companies "Fruit Eco" from Gradiška, and "Agro voće" and "Global Liberty" from Laktaši received financial support for sold and produced fruit, subsidized diesel fuel, anti-hail nets, and were also financially supported to repair frost damage, writes Capital

The first company is owned by Igor Dodik, the second is registered according to business registries to Gorica Dodik, and the two are co-owners of the third.

These are the children of the Serb member of the Presidency of BiH, Milorad Dodik, who presents them in public as "entrepreneurs who do not earn much and who fight in every way to survive".

Igor's "Fruit Eco", which operates orchards in Gradiška, received the most money from the funds. 

He received a premium of 100,000 marks for produced and sold fruit, and 50,000 KM for installing an anti-hail net.

As support for perennial plantations, Republika Srpska helped Igor with slightly over 47,000 marks, while he received 27,729 KM for the purchase of agricultural machinery.

The Register shows that the company was also approved close to 3,000 marks in subsidized diesel fuel, so when all is said and done, the aid received by the younger Dodik amounts to 227,700 KM.

Gorica Dodik also used the right to incentives and compensation, through the company "Agro Voće“.

Thus, she was paid 49,589 marks from the Compensation Fund for frost damage, while she "harvested" a premium of 50,811 marks for produced and sold fruit.

When subsidized fuel and support for fruit production are included, this company received a total of 128,670 KM.

Gorica and Igor's joint company "Global Liberty" received the least money in terms of incentives. Of the 17,053 KM allocated to them, half relates to compensation for frost damage, which amounts to 8,787 KM.

Generally, 88.2 million marks were paid out from the Compensation Fund and the Agricultural Budget of Republika Srpska last year.

Among thousands of beneficiaries, there was also money for the company "Prointer", which was paid 145,435 KM for the management and maintenance of the Register of Agricultural Holdings.
