(Patria) - Due to low temperatures this morning, drivers are warned about possible ice. Special caution is advised on roads in mountainous areas, as well as on bridges, viaducts, and tunnel approaches. We also warn about frequent landslides of earth or stones, according to BIHAMK.
We appeal to drivers to drive with maximum caution on all sections and remind them that winter equipment is legally mandatory.
On the Borova Glava mountain pass on the Livno-Šuica section, we warn about frequent appearances of wild horses on the road.
Traffic is suspended due to works in the Jasen tunnel (Prozor-Jablanica). Passenger and smaller trucks use the detour around the tunnel, while trucks over 7.5 tons (with the exception of buses) are directed to alternative routes: Mostar-Široki Brijeg-Posušje-Tomislavgrad-Kupres-Bugojno and Mostar-Sarajevo-Busovača-Novi Travnik-Bugojno.
Traffic is also slower due to works on the road sections: Stupari-Živinice, Vitez-Travnik, Živinice-Banovići, Drvar-Bosansko Grahovo, Rogatica-Ustiprača, Gromiljak-Blažuj, and Šuica-Tomislavgrad.
At border crossings, waiting times are no longer than 30 minutes. The Metaljka border crossing is open from 7 AM to 7 PM.
