In the last 15 days, the Municipal Court in Mostar has issued 13 new rulings and one in the Municipal Court in Banja Luka, all in favour of users of loans in Swiss francs and to the detriment of Hypo bank, reports the Patria news agency.
All loan agreements under the rulings in Mostar are declared null and void, and the plaintiff-loan user is obliged to repay to Hypo bank only the amount in BAM that was withdrawn on the day the loan was granted.
Hypo bank will not receive the agreed interest under the loan agreement, and is also obliged to pay court costs for each ruling, which amount to thousands of BAM.
Due to all these rulings and over 100 scheduled hearings this month at the courts in Mostar and Banja Luka, Hypo bank is currently carrying out an unprecedented usurious undertaking against the citizens of BiH, and everyone is silent.
The bank is attempting to unilaterally terminate contracts with full collection of loans at their discretion, through blocking the accounts of loan users and their co-debtors, through entries on properties and mortgages owned by loan users and even co-debtors, all with the aim of withdrawing lawsuits, states a press release signed by the president of the UKK ŠVICARAC BIH, Kemal Duraković.
