SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden addressed the American nation from his base in Wilmington, saying he is on track to win more than 300 electoral votes and that he will win with a "clear majority".
"We do not have a final declaration of victory yet, but the numbers tell us a clear and convincing story. We will win this race," said Biden, accompanied on stage by Vice Presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
Ballots are still being counted, the race in each of the remaining states is tight, but Biden points out that he has an advantage in Pennsylvania, Georgia, Arizona, and Nevada and that he is on track to win more than 300 electoral votes.
What he emphasized in every speech, Biden repeated this time as well, asking for everyone's patience.
"We must remain calm and let the process unfold. Your vote will be counted, I don't care how many people try to stop the vote, I won't let that happen," he said.
A fierce battle is currently underway in Nevada, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Biden needs one of these four states to secure victory, and two for a convincing win.
