SARAJEVO, (Patria) - We knew this would take a very long time. If you feel good, and we think we are doing well, we believe we are on the path to winning this election. Because of mail-in and early voting, we knew we would need patience, Joe Biden said in his morning address.
"It's not over until every vote is counted. We think we are pretty sure of Arizona, we are in the game in Georgia, and it will take time and we will win in Pennsylvania," Biden added.
He emphasized that it is not up to him or Donald Trump to say who won, and said "let the people say it."
He congratulated everyone in the Democratic Party and thanked them, as well as the volunteers.
