Biden to announce Supreme Court reform plans tomorrow

(Patria) - U.S. President Joe Biden will announce plans to reform the Supreme Court tomorrow.

Politico reported this, citing two people familiar with the matter, adding that he will likely support term limits for justices and an enforceable code of ethics, Reuters reported.

Biden said earlier this week during an address in the Oval Office that he would call for reform of the court.

He is also expected to seek a constitutional amendment that would limit immunity for
presidents and other officeholders, Politico reports, following the Supreme Court's July ruling
that presidents have broad immunity from prosecution.

Biden will announce this tomorrow in Texas, and specific proposals could change, the report adds.
