- If we leave and Russia is able to withstand their attack and defeat Ukraine, what do you think will happen in the Balkan countries? - he asked.
Earlier, Biden's associates warned congressmen at a private meeting that if Congress does not approve additional military aid to Ukraine, Russia could win the war in a few weeks, or months at best.
