BHDCA: Bosnian Wand Airlines is not an airline and does not have an Air Operator Certificate!

Regarding the information appearing in the media in recent days that the company "Bosnian Wand Airlines" was supposed to organize its first flight from Bosnia and Herzegovina, we want to inform the public that the mentioned company does not have an Air Operator Certificate (AOC), issued by the Civil Aviation Directorate of BiH, which is a necessary condition for carrying out air transport of passengers and goods for commercial purposes, it was announced from BHDCA, reports the Patria News Agency.

- Although the company, whose name includes the adjective Bosnian, employs a certain number of citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it is, above all, as reported by some media, not an airline. The request for the planned flight, which was announced for January 9 from Sarajevo to Amsterdam, and which was cancelled, was received by the airline Hermes Airlines from Greece, not by the company "Bosnian Wand Airlines - added BHDCA.
