BH Telecom paid external associates for jobs that should have been done by company employees

Auditors from the Office for Audit of Institutions of FBiH stated that BH Telecom paid nearly 600,000 KM (net compensation 332,463 KM and related taxes and contributions 259,123 KM) to individuals in 2015 for temporary and occasional jobs, for tasks that are covered by the systematization of existing job positions within this company.

In the Report on the financial audit of "BH Telecom" for 2015, auditors state that some contracts with individuals were concluded continuously for more than a year, even though these were jobs covered by the systematization of existing job positions in BH Telecom. With such moves, the company's management violated the Labor Law and the Company's Rulebook on Work, writes Patria.
