Bosnian Judiciary on Ratko Mladić's Matrix: Only 'Beating' Where There Are No Serb Residents!

The extent to which Bosnia and Herzegovina's institutions are alienated can be clearly seen from time to time, especially when it comes to judicial and police bodies that, colloquially speaking, don't know what they're doing!

More precisely, they know very well, acting according to a matrix that stretches our minds like Ratko Mladić used to, who would attack Velušići because there were no Serb residents (a Sarajevo neighborhood) 'until our minds are stretched'.

This is exactly how the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), headed by Darko Ćulum (close to SNSD), following the orders of Chief State Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić, is stretching the minds of the BiH public with cases and investigations where Bosniaks are the main targets.

There is no longer any doubt about this Serb project, especially after documents were published indicating that on July 10, activities were initiated against Bakir Izetbegović, leader of the SDA, and that the Presidency of BiH was asked for documents related to the revision of the International Court of Justice's ruling on BiH's lawsuit against Serbia.

Of course, SIPA and the Prosecutor's Office are not interested in the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, but in Izetbegović, who is now to be dragged through the judicial mud, in which the heroes of Bosnia and Herzegovina have been 'swimming' for years. Their fate was written for them in the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina with fabricated indictments, with dubious witnesses (the manager of the Batkovići camp testified against the accused in the Dobrovoljačka case) for war crimes, where they must prove their innocence, while for example, Milomir Savčić, accused of genocide, walks freely in Serbia. He was released precisely with the help of employees of the BiH Prosecutor's Office!?

Not just any employees, but directly with the help of Chief Prosecutor Milanko Kajganić, who reached this position on the wings of the US Embassy in BiH. The media reported for days that he was precisely involved in the case against the fugitive former commander of the 65th Protection Motorized Regiment of the Main Staff of the so-called Army of Republika Srpska (VRS), Milomir Savčić.

His role has not been clarified, but he continues to enjoy full support from the international community and representatives of the 'Trojka' (a political coalition), for whom an investigation against Izetbegović will not be unwelcome. Just as it is not unwelcome to Nermin Nikšić that the 'Bosnalijek' case is stagnating, while August is rapidly approaching!

SIPA, which was once ruled by 'The Chetniks', is returning to its old track.
They are acting on the orders of the BiH Prosecutor's Office, so on July 10, the day after Milorad Dodik published the non-recognition of the BiH Constitutional Court in Republika Srpska in the Official Gazette, thereby committing a kind of coup d'état, they initiated pre-investigative actions against Bakir Izetbegović for, mind you, the alleged commission of the criminal offense of "non-fulfillment of the decision of the Constitutional Court of BiH, Court of BiH" in the ‘Ljubić case’!?

It makes one's brain freeze. A ruling that even the High Representative Christian Schmidt said had been implemented and that for him, that story was over!

SIPA has not revealed, nor has the BiH Prosecutor's Office initiated an investigation against Dragan Čović for not fulfilling the 'Ljubić ruling', even though he was a member of the Collegium in the legislative authority!

The assumption is that there is no material there, just as documents went missing from the State Court to the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, and Čović was acquitted after a non-final conviction! The judiciary has never dealt with those responsible for losing documentation!

And so, they have been stretching our minds for years, 'eroding' millions into reforms in which only the matrix, according to which the BiH Prosecutor's Office, and SIPA responsible for the Federation, mostly targets Bosniaks, has strengthened.

Because the non-implementation of the 'Komšić ruling' does not bother the judiciary, nor do other rulings of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.

It is time for the BiH Prosecutor's Office to be definitively declared a federal institution, because they do not reach the territory of Republika Srpska. They are responsible for federal ventilators, but not for the industrial oxygen they provided to patients in RS.

They are not responsible for the suspicious procurement of the field hospital in RS, nor for the coup d'état coming from this BiH entity. Because if they were, they would be arresting in Banja Luka on July 10, instead of scribbling orders that will not lead to the recovery of BiH society, but to new judicial farces aimed at portraying Bosniaks as corrupt and criminalized, just as they are trying to portray members of the Army of RBiH and the MUP of RBiH as criminals, as if they were not the only legal army on the territory of the Republic of BiH defending itself from the aggressor!

And now, during Milorad Dodik's coup d'état, attention needs to be diverted elsewhere. There should be no doubt that the media will write for days about the investigations against Izetbegović, while the trains to the EU will pass us by even faster. And who would help Dodik better in this than his Kajganić and Ćulum!
