No reaction to scandal in Banja Luka: Minister Szijjarto spoke of BiH, translation said RS!

(Patria) - There are still no reactions to yesterday's scandal during the official handover of Hungarian aid to Bosnia and Herzegovina in Banja Luka. Namely, the interpreter falsified the speech of the Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Péter Szijjártó, and every time he mentioned Bosnia and Herzegovina, she said Republika Srpska!

The Hungarian minister did not mention this BiH entity, but Bosnia and Herzegovina, on three occasions. However, although "Bosnia and Herzegovina" can be clearly heard, the interpreter says "Republika Srpska".

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Hungarian Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina are silent for now.

After the meeting, Szijjártó stated that he was "honored to have had the opportunity to come to Banja Luka today and meet with the delegation of Srpska." In the poor translation, we also heard the minister say "we will never have the right to interfere in the internal affairs of RS," even though Szijjártó said he would not interfere in the internal affairs of BiH.

"With my visit, I wanted to express the respect that Hungary shows to Srpska and its citizens. It is completely clear to us that this region, i.e., the Western Balkans region, faces great challenges, just like Central Europe - emphasized Szijjártó, which some media outlets reported, but completely incorrectly, because the minister did not say this."
