The National Assembly of Republika Srpska last night in Banja Luka supported the conclusions of the Government of Republika Srpska, including the decision to "terminate cooperation with SIPA, the Court and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH due to SIPA's unconstitutional activities", writes the news agency Patria.
The conclusions state that the basic condition for further cooperation between the bodies and institutions of BiH and Republika Srpska is the exercise of constitutional competencies, as well as mutual coordination of bodies and institutions responsible for ensuring and implementing the rule of law, constitutionality and legality.
Yesterday's special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska was not attended by opposition deputies, i.e., deputies from the PDP, SDS and NDP, as well as the "Homeland" Coalition. The session was attended by 43 deputies from the bloc gathered around the SNSD.
