Two police officers were injured in the Belgian city of Charleroi after a man attacked them with a machete. The attacker shouted "Allahu Akbar" during the attack on police officers in front of the police station, the BBC reports, as stated by the BH news agency Patria.
The Charleroi police station confirmed that an attack occurred on two police officers who were injured. The attacker was shot.
The area around the police station has been blocked off.
