Bećirović: We must move towards NATO and EU with full force and determination

OLOVO, (Patria) - Last night in Olovo, a promotion of the book „Država Bosna i Hercegovina u fokusu“ (The State of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Focus), by Prof. Dr. Denis Bećirović, was held.

The promoters who spoke about the book were academic Prof. Dr. Mirko Pejanović, Prof. Dr. Suad Arnautović, Asst. Prof. Dr. Benjamina Londrc, Asst. Prof. Dr. Goran Behmen, Ambassador Nerkez Arifhodžić, writer Hadžem Hajdarević, and General of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mustafa Polutak.

The author of the book, Denis Bećirović, greeted the numerous audience in Olovo and emphasized that the duty of all public officials is to provide every citizen with equal opportunities for progress and success in society.

He noted that reaching the standards for membership in the EU and NATO is the primary task of the state, and that only these processes contribute to the general progress of the country, ensure a more secure future for our children, and enable a better life for everyone.

Bećirović stated that there is no room for ideological or other conflicts in the process of Euro-Atlantic integration, as these are inherently enemies of these necessary, positive integration processes.

Finally, the author stressed the need to unite all pro-European forces that will have the political capacity to bridge differences and prioritize the interests of citizens and the state, because these forces can only carry out the Euro-Atlantic integration processes together, and certainly not if they are divided and opposed.

The next promotion of the book by Prof. Dr. Denis Bećirović will be held in Tuzla on Sunday, August 19, 2018.
